Your Best Self Winter Weekend is an invitation to rediscover your gifts and talents and impassion you to live your BEST self everyday!
For three days, two nights, we will: Stay at the beautiful Menla Mountain Resort in the Catskill Mountains. Practice four yoga classes. Engage in transformative workshops and conversations. Screen and discuss my personal documentary film, The Dream Diaries (how I transformed my life from struggling artist to meaningful yogi). Participate in morning meditation walks. Eat delicious vegan/vegetarian food *Meat options are available at addt'l cost. Delight in a guided dance party (led by yours truly) Meet like-minded individuals. & so much more!
You will come back with a fresh perspective on how to live authentically and passionately everyday!
The Weekend includes: accommodation for three days/two nights at Menla Mountain Retreat; six meals; four yoga classes; workshops; film screening; and all of the above. Schedule for the Weekend: (subject to change)

Welcoming Circle: 7:30-8:30p *Please bring something from home that resembles you at your BEST. For instance, perhaps you have a photo of you performing at a concert/play/workshop where you felt like THIS is really me. Or, a time in your life that you truly loved and felt fulfilled by. Or, a picture of someone you admire/respect that represents your best self.
Saturday, December 8th
Silent Morning Meditation Walk *no cell phones: 6:45-7:15am
Vinyasa Class: 7:30-8:30am
Workshop/Journal: How to identify and (self) forgive what is blocking you from living your BEST self.
Screening followed by Discussion of my film: The Dream Diaries: 1:30-4:30pm. *Discuss the themes of the film and how to create a life fueled by who you truly are.
Vinyasa/Restorative Class: 5-6pm
Guided DANCE PARTY! How to tap into JOY! 8-9:30pm
Journal exercise. 9:30-10pm
Sunday, December 9th
